Ripoff of the elderly, ill and stressed

I was contacted by these people on my cell phone. Few people have that number so i can only figure that majestic somehow got it from cingular. I was told they were a credit repair agency and would remove old info from my credit report and issue me a $5000 visa card. And 2 months later nothing has happened. I have filed paperwork w / my bank for the return of my $299 and informed them that this company is a ripoff. Also i have the FTC fraud number - 1-877-438-4338 provided to me by the bank. Since this is happening to many florida residents i am also calling the state fraud people when i find the right number to try to stop this.
