RIPOFF they just cashed my check please help

I was offered the majestic visa card to clear up an old providian visa debt. They told me to pay 204.00 to get the majestic visa and they would report the payment to providian. I agreed to make the payment and I now come to find out exactly what thier scam is. I called my bank and they have already cashed the check for 204.00. Please any help to get my money back and report thier scam would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank and see what they can do. Also I am trying to repair my credit not make it worse.
