Ripoff, total scam

I thought that i was going to rebuild my credit with this 5000.00 pre-approved credit card.

I paid my deposit of 299.99 and my new line of credit was supposed to be here in the next 3-4 weeks.instead came a packet of worthless cupons and a vacation trip that you can pick up a the gas station.

I called the number that was provided talk to 3 diffrent people who all said they will be sending out the forms for me to fill out from the bank and it should take 30 days

Well it has been 3 1/2 months now and i still dont have the forms nor a credit card and im now out of my 299.99.
