Ripoff failed to send proper notifaction with in the limited time the law requires

Business & Finance

The law requires that when lending institutions assume another lending insitutions responsibility for servicing your loan they are suppose to notify you within 15 days before your payment date.in this case my husband and i were notified 4 days before the due date.infact the letter says our present servicer will stop accepting payments from us April 30. So now that i did not recieve this until the 28th of april. Not that this has caused any harm to us yet but it could. I am writing this reort just in case anyone has had a problem with this company and needs any information proving history of negligance from this company. If this is the case please contact me and i will be happy to foward you a copy of our paper work from vanderbilt mortgage and finance.
