Tax Ready rip off. Slimebuckets belong in jail

I had tax ready do my 1999 tax returns. It was not the best experience but not horrible.in December Tax Ready called me to submit my taxes again. I stated I was going to use someone local because of some communication problems which occurred. They guaranteed me that they had new management, and a new system and a new program which would save me a lot of money.

I eventually signed up for the coaching calls which they promised would save me several thousands of dollars in taxes. Once they found out my wife was self-employed they in the information gathering for the coaching calls they said I could save thousands of dollars and write off tons of stuff (which I later found out was illegal write offs) and if I did it right away I could save money on my 2000 taxes.

It seemed legit at the time and with all the ads and shows I heard on 700 wlw in cincinatti, ohio I assumed it was legit. They charged me $1300 to set up the s-corp. Once again I later found out this price was a rip off. The coaching calls were to begin in January to help me set up the s-corp and begin saving money.

Like everyone else no coaching calls were ever made. My coach quit, my next supposed coach I was told was pregnant and missing a lot of work with sickness. I did nothing with the S-corp because I was clueless what to do with what I had been sold and promised. Getting my taxes done on time after submitting them the beginning of March was a nightmare and waw told to file an extension which I refused because they had 6 weeks to finish them.

I did receive them back on 4/14. I also ended up owing $8.000 in taxes because of bad tax advice on my profit sharing and 401-k I cashed in and asked one of their so called tax experts about before cashing them in. I was finally able to get a hold of a supervisor in May and tell him I wanted a refund for everything because they were a useless company. He assured me they were aware of their shortcomings and would do my 2001 taxes for free and get my coaching on track to use my s-corp to save thousands.

Wanting to believe this I accept his offer but needless to say no coaching calls completed but they were able to call me wanting more money for other offers. I would call and leave a voice mail every other week but no one would call me. Finally in December I starting calling 3 or 4 times a week.in January I was told I had to fax a letter to the compliance Dept. Stating I wanted a refund and a secretary would call me back to set up an appointment. I faxed a letter and guess what, the secretary must have been fired because no one called me back.

After trying to leave several voice mails by the end of January and the box was full. I finally accessed someone and left a voice mail with about 10 people. Guess what, no one called back. Finally I talked to Justin and he promised someone would call me back in 48 hours (I did call him a liar because I knew no one would call) they did not call back. Finally someone accidentally gave me the name of Jim Carothers. I called and said I was returning his call and I actually was transferred to him. He sent me back to Heidi who took my info and said she would call me back within 24 hours to let me know when the refund was coming.

Heidi is now missing and I hope they did not do anything to her. Jim called my wife back after I left another 10 voice mails and messages and said he would call me on Friday. No calls. This is where it stands as of now. Please help me put these slimebuckets in jail.
