Tax ready are you ready to get ripped off

Had phone conversation with Tax Ready in Nov. 2001 informed me they would be sending me an audio cassette for free and guarnteed at least a $5,000 refund on my tax return and convinced me try their service. Every company I have every dealt with you always get the service before the charge, oh no! Not this company I was charged $995.00 to my credit card the very next day without receiving the free cassette first or any service of any kind from the "so called company".

I called the very next day to inform them I was no interseted in this service and to cancel, I was told to be at home and someone would return my call in 10 minutes, needless to say they did not call back until later that week. The second time I called the following week they would call me on a certain date and time. I was informed that my wife and I both needed to be together in order to have this coaching call to cancel this service. I played phone tag for the next seven weeks and once I did get in touch with them I was told to give it a try most people now getting back anywhere from $7,000-$8,000 it seemed like everytime I tried to cancel they wre painting an even prettier pricture why to stay with Tax Ready Services.

I called them back again and was informed that I would need to do one coaching call to get a refund with my wife present. I waited two weeks for a call back it never occcured, once again I called them and demandd that this service be cancelled and was never told after twelve weeks that I needed to sent something in writing to get my money back. I was never told that I needed a coaching call this time to cancel so they have never been consistent in anything that they have ever stated. I still do not have my refund to my credit card nor has this service been able to be cancelled.
