In Sept my husband was out of work for almost 2 months. At that time I tryed working with them on our payments. They refused a payment from me back in Nov.in Oct we went to refinance to try and get a lower interest rate which is 9.75. And it was and that time we found out that our appraisal on our home was done at 105,000.00 on our home that is on the market for a selling price of 38,500.00 quite a over appraisal we think. We our also in a foreclosuer to at the same time.

I have the MN Attorney General which I feel all of you out they with the problems We have been reading need to get the generals office and the dept of commerence of you states involved. It will only help to get them involved in what this company is doing. I could go on and write all night along at all the things I have found out about Amerquest/AMC.
