Misleading, a WHOLE lot of promises

Ameriquest made us a WHOLE lot of promises. Had us be misleading on our income, padded our appraisal etc to get into a home. They locked us into an interest rate and told us "we will refinance you way before this loan "matures" and the interest rate increases, so dont worry about that rate. Its only temporary just to get you into the house." Well, here we are, well into the ARM adjustment and STUCK. We are in foreclosure, losing the home we have been starving just to stay in and make the payments. We contacted ameriquest a year before the rate changed and reminded them that they were supposed to refinance us. Their answer?"Oh, we're not doing any refinances in washington state at this time". We asked what we were supposed to do, as they promised to refinance us before the interest rate raised. They had no answer. So now, us, the 6 children, and everything we own are on our way out the door, and Ameriquest lied to get us there. All we wanted was them to keep their promise and refinance us before our payments got to 2100.00 a month. They got us in at 1300 a month and hit us with the interest change BOOM.

This company is nothing but a group of liars, cheats, and uncompassionate boobs. Karma, and the thought of it, is the only thing keeping me going. They got us so messed up on our payments and fees and rates, that theres no way another place will even look at us to refinance now. It has torn our lives apart.

If ANYONE has any information, clues, hints, suggestions, etc for us. Please dont hesitate to post that information below so everyone will know. We are hurting here, and all because of a bunch of lies some company told us, that we trusted.
