Ripoff, filed fraud to federal bankruptcey court bunch of liars

I had become quite ill and fell back on my payments. I had filed chapter 13 to stop the forclosure by ameriquest mortage. I recieved a letter from the courts that the home was released because i did not make three payments. I had made one of the payments and had cancelled check. Ameriquest is foreclosing on me. I had 2 contracts on my home but ameriquest would not give the payoffs to me for weeks, i lost the contracts. I have another one now and was suppose to go to settlement on the 29th of april. Ameriquest had moved the auction date to the 19th of april. Lost another on since they would not give a few days extension. These people are the most commonist people i have ever dealt with. I would love to sue them for making a fraudulent statement to the federal courts. They need their lic taken away. I had never dealt with a bunch of liars in my life, but they will get whats coming to them sooner or later. I would love to join a class action lawsuit against them...
