Ripoff lyers cheaters and downright dihonest yep, that would be ameriquest

Boy, are these guys crazy or what? We had re-fied with ameriquest, what a mistake that was. First they told us if ALL payments were made on time, they would automatically re-visit our loan in 6 months. After doing everthing right for those 6 months, they called us to LOWER our rate instantly! Boy were we excited, they wanted to give us a new rate at 2 percent lower than our original! As you can imagine, we said heck ya! We then found ourselves sitting at our kitchen table, all the new loan papers in front of us, eager to sign, lower our rate and monthly payments. When we asked to see EXACXTLY what our monthly savings would be get this 39.00, yes that's right $39.00!! But it gets better, ameriquest was only going to charge us $13,000.00 to close this fabulous deal! $13,000. Oo to save $39.00 a month.

Did they think we were total MORONS or what! So, we said no way, then ameriqust said they would INCREASE or rate by 2 points! What they forgot was we were locked into our currant rate for 2 years! We have just re-fied our mortage, and guess what? We went from 8.89% with ameriquest to 5.7% with our new lender! All i have to say is STICK IT AMERIQUEST! Ha-ha!!
