AMC clerical and computer errors... My ass

Ameriquest not only ripped me off but also wrecked my credit. Ameriquest listed me as a chapter 7 bancruptcy and said it was a clerical error. I have repeatedly tried to get information from them about my mortgage. Ameriquest employees would put me on hold and or disconnect me every time. My payment has gone from $1040 to $1781 in approx. 12 months. I have spoken to what they tell me is the office of the president at Ameriquest numerous times.
Right now I am trying to refinance my home with another mortgage company but was just turned down because Ameriquest reported 8 out of the last 9 months payments as being late.
I have letters of appology from Ameriquest for the clerical errors but those dont erase the damage they have done. Hopefully those letters will help bury that company.
