Joann, Tina Ext. 5049 ripoff

This group and bank is horrible. I was sent out a credit card, which I never received along with a so called statement they said they sent out. The card and statement was return to them stating wrong address. They called me three weeks later and said that we need your correct address because your card was sent back to us. Okay I give the address and she said I should receive the card within 7 to 10 business days.

I get the card and the next day collections called (Joann) saying I am late on a payment and that there is a late fee on my account. At this point I am getting angry. I told her I just received the card and still haven't got around to activating it. She said okay and there is nothing she can do about that, and do I want to make a payment. I told her no, and I want the late fee and other fees remove due to me never receiving a bill. She said she could not do that; knowing that all the confusion in the mailing is in the notes on account, there was nothing she could do. But she had an 800 number I could call to get that done.

Okay, 800-208-5095, I called and spoke with Tina ext. 5049 and she also said that there is nothing she can do and that I would have to discuss this with Alegis Group to see if they can approve the dismissal. So, I called 800-206-9770 and spoke with Mike and he spoke with his manager and that manager spoke with his manager and so on. He then came back to the phone and said that he toke care of it and spoke with Plains Commerce Bank and the fees are removed.

Now, calling Plains Commerce Bank back again and now I get Breana, who said that there was never a late fee on the account, but there is a finance charge with could not be credit back. So this escalated to her manager, who said nothing about it. This is the worst BANK ever. I truly hope they go bankrupt, but no need to hope they are doing it to themselves. I am going to report them everywhere I can because this is a disgrace.
