Total card access rip off warning

First, they charge you for paying your bill, on line or mail in... (No mention of that at all) Second, payment is made, but the credit won't reflect on the account until 7 DAYS AFTER payment was made. (They never tell you that)

I used their web service to pay my bill on line since that would be easier. They claim that my checking account was closed and that they never received payment. My bank statement shows a record of a payment made, but the credit card company insists that I made that up. So now they charge me with No payment fee, Late payment fee, Return Check fee, payment fee. And they insist that its my banks fault.

I had my bank fax a copy of the proof that a payment was made to them, AND my bank showed them that the account was open and active. A rep from Total Access called me today (Donna) and called me a liar.

So, if you feel like throwing your cash away, get a Total Access card from Plains Commerce Bank in SD. Now, I'm closing my account, even though I'm not responsible for the $174.00 fees that they put on my account. But I'm paying it anyways! Because they got me by the nads. Thanks Total Access! I would have hoped you sweet talk me first before you financially raped me. Thanks again.
