Ripoff Paid off a loan in October and to date has not been credited to my account

In October we refinanced our house and paid off a couple of loans, one being EMC. This was not a mortgage, our loan was sold to them a couple of years ago. The problem I am having is they were paid off in october, check was cashed on October 20, and to date still has not been credited to my account. I have been dealing with numerous different people and not one of them could give me a straight answer.

Everyone I talk to gives me a different excuse. Not only that but now it has been reported to the credit agencies that I am delinquent, and i am not. I am really at my wits end with these people. This isn't the first time i have had trouble with them. I would strongly suggest that any one looking for a mortgage stay clear of EMC they will give you nothing but grief.
