On Febuay 13 2004 me And my wife refinanced with Ameriquest Mortgage co out of denver. Little did we know that we were going being taking for the ride from hell. First I started trying to get another loan before the two year pay fixed rate ran out and then I found out that the appraiser that Ameriquest sent out over appraised my house and I still owe more on my house now than it will apprise for and that brings us to the next part of my setuation after the two fixed rate was up my intrest rate went up 2 points and so did my payments by $215.00 a mounth. Now in October everything is going to go up again. Now can any one Please telle me what to do.
