Predatory Lending done to me ripoff

Last October of I refinanced my loan to Ameriquest Mortgage Company. It went very well, but, the Appraiser came out to my house, said my property was worth $99,000. WRONG.

Then in the news of stated that Ameriquest Mortgage Company had a $525 million dollar law suit filed against them for their Predatory Lending Practices.

I have tried to Refinance My Mortgage, to no avail.

Then in December I was scammed by someone who succeeded into getting into my Checking Account, This left me without any money to pay my mortgage and my other bills.

I contacted Ameriquest mortgage of this, and was told that If I Failed to Pay my Mortgage, they were going to foreclose. They did, and, last Month, they had a Sheriffs SSale. Guess who the party that bought my property was, none other than W M Mortgage Specialty, which I believe is a Division of Ameriquest AC Capitol Holdings. Strane isn't it?

Anyway, I now have an attorney who is working with them to get me to be able to stay in my house, and to pay rent to them, which is a lot less than my mortgage payment.

I will keep you people advised.

My word to the wise, Do not go with Ameriquest Mortgage Company..
