Bad customer service

This branch is really bad. Poor training and service. I have been a bank customer for many years, and maintain large personal and business account balances. Started using this branch when a closer one closed. The service is bad, may be because in moderate income neighborhood. Last week they really got me upset and since I am still upset, I decided to complain. I need to deposit a third party check. The bank refused and acted like it was illegal. The bank did not even look at my account history, the check was a small fraction of collected balances. Ugg. And hassle. I ended up depositing into. A friendly credit union account I keep. Of course the check was valid and head valid endorsement. This is just the latest in the bank not having providing decent basic banking services for its customer. Of course they will accept the same check through mobile banking and ATMs - just their staff is bad!
