Cannot Pay Bill Online With a Debit or Credit Card

Unhappy. Took out the card with the plan to pay it off with HSA. Just logged on and can't pay the bill with a debit or credit card. Sent an email and will call tomorrow. This is a complete hassle. Whoever heard of not being able to pay online with a debit or credit card? Hopefully no problems paying with my HSA debit card when I call tomorrow.
