Pissed off hardship customer - American Express Blue Card

I was out on disability for 2 months and was unable to keep up with my American Express card payment. I have received over 100 robocalls from 15 different phone numbers, 3 certified letters and numerous other threats and have had my card canceled. Every time I call and ask to be placed on a hardship program they tell me no I dont qualify but if Im lucky tomorrow I might and to call in each day to see. Under the fair debt act if you receive calls after stating to cease and disist it constitutes $1000 per voilation. It looks like my bill should be paid off with the number of calls I've received.
