Mafia Interest Rates ripoff raised my rates to over 30 percent

Merrick Bank raised my rates to over 30 percent.

I requested an interest rate reduction on the basis of my wife and my excellent credit rating. I got a song and dance about how their computers were being upgraded and that it would be reviewed after they finished upgrading their systems. Then they raised our rates to over 30 percent.

They claimed they sent me a letter announcing these changes. My wife and I read CAREFULLY every single piece of mail that comes from ANY agency with which we have any sort of dealings. We know how carefully you have to watch even the most legitimate business for honest mistakes that anyone can make. We simply NEVER received any such letter. My wife and I have owned and operated businesses individually and together for over 30 years. I am currently employed as a manager at a business that NETS over 27 million a year. We are not tyros when it comes to managing money or our credit.

We are filing every and any complaint and dispute possible with every and any consumer agency available. We are filing every dispute that exists.

We will pay any and every legitimate obligation. We will not be ripped-off. We may not win. But we will inconvenience Merrick and will make them spend far more money arguing this than they will ever realize from us.
