Bank of America raised my wifes credit card intrest rates to 21.9 percent. Told us to get a lone on our house to pay the credit card off. These people are undermining the American familys. Criminal percentage rates. What can be done about this? Tried to talk to them put just get snotty answers. Wont work with us. We are in our 70's and on social security. We have cut back on food and medical to try and pay this bill. But with a 21.9 % rate it is impossable for use. Dont know which way to turn. No one has an answer.
