Poor customer service and management system

It is impossible to see my previous purchases or credits refund by clicking in my account. So, if they over charged my BTR credits it will be impossible to find prove to show them since buyers have soooo little informations in their account to track. When trying to argue with the customer service, they keep ignoring you. They sent me a resume of my account activities by manually hand writing with plenty of errors (like 25 25=60). No real transaction showed. Sent them email 3 days ago and still no reply. Telling me that they will call back 4 days ago.
