Minimum Balance Scam & Poor Service

At first this bank seems great since it is located within Wal-Mart. I only use this bank to transfer money to a person that is with this bank as well. I understood the rules at sign-up regarding minimum balance/debit card swipes. As I did not intend to use this account often, it wasn't going to be a problem.
One day I transferred some money and for a matter of hours, my account balance was $96. Had it stayed that way overnight, I would have "posted" a balance of less than $100 and therefore been subject to a fee. Essentially what this means is that the account is not free but rather has a one time fee of $100 as you are NEVER allowed to use that $100 or you must pay a fee... Pretty sneaky.
Next, when I first got set-up with online banking, I had no problems. An error occurred and I needed to get the account "reset" by one of the phone customer service representatives. I went through the automated phone system all the way to the end at which point it hung up on me... TWICE! The third time I pressed zero a bunch of times to speak directly to representative. They informed me that I must be "pre-verified" by their phone system before they could proceed with resetting the account. I expressed my discontent with being forced to interact with a broken machine when I was currently speaking with a live person. Nevertheless, I went through the automated system a third time and did not get hung up on. Unfortunately, none of the information came through to the representative. I ended up speaking with their IT department at which point I was told outright that the phone system is not experiencing problems.
Review Summary: Least CONVENIENT bank ever!
