Automated phone system misstates balance then posts purchases as overdrafts

Over the past years with chase bank I have noticed that theyre automated system is set up to profit theyre bank by lying about balances and then conveniently placing past card purchases on one day after they are aware that they lied enough for you to go over on your account they then place all of the past purchases on the same day even if they occurred days upon days ago they lie and say that the amount didnt come out of your available balance over the phone... When it says it actually did at time of purchase. So in actuality its like your being faced with these purchases twice... Once as a deduction over the phone to your available balance... And then again... When that deduction mysteriously disappears and your account is now in the red with all the past deductions you know was reflected over the phone. Up to that point... This is ridiculous and needs to be dealt with... Asap they are making billions!!!
