Rip off. Fraudelent automated system lies about your balance and then puts all of your transactions on one day to post as overdrafts... Dateline should be contacted! This is rediculous

Over the past years with chase bank i have noticed that theyre automated system is set up to profit theyre bank by lying about balances and then conviently placing past card purchases on one day after they are aware that they lied enough for you to go over on your account they then place all of the past purchases on the same day even if they occurred days upon days ago they lie and say that the amount didnt come out of your available balance over the phone... When it says it actually did at time of purchase. So in actuallity its like your being faced with these purchases twice... Once as a deduction over the phone to your available balance... And then again... When that deduction mysteriously dissapears and your account is now in the red with all the past deductions you know was reflected over the phone. Up to that point... This is rediculous and needs to be delt with... Asap they are making billions!!!
