Auburn, NY deceptive, bank balance never acurate. Hit me with 350 dollars in insufficient funds fees

I have had problems with M&T bank ever since I switched over to them from HSBC. My bank balance seems to constantly flucuate, even if I had not made any purchases using the coount in weeks. This is especially annoying when my balance begins to get low. When my balance is low, sometimes when I make a purchase, the amount is authorized and disappears from my account. A couple days later, the money shows back up into my account. Then, a week or so later, the money disappears from my account again. A lot of times when this happens, it makes my account go negative and I get slammed with fees. What I want to know is, if they knew my balance would not cover purchases, why did they allow them in the first place. This bank is completly irresponsible. They are deceptive. I have not made any purchases in over a week. I checked my account balance tonight online, and I found that M&T smacked me with over 350 dollars in fees because the horrible system they used caused my balance to go negative. Never do business with these crooks.

In addition, my balance online is always inacurrate. Half the time I can't even log in. It also usually takes a while for them to respond to email. Sometimes the web site won't even let me send emails to customer service. And, on some days I can't even get access to my money to buy food or the like because my card comes up as being declines because the stupid M&T system is down. They have serious problems and I am getting ready to sue them if they don't correct my problems.
