Not making online payment not avaible the following day after taking it from your bank

I have notice that after make my last two online payments. The money was taken from my bank electronic debit with in min, and posted like said on payment confirmation, however the funds are not available 5 days later! Who's using whom money? It does not mean they are taking alot of money from me. I am a small pice of the pie. Everyone who makes online payment is lending thier money as will. That is alot of money!!!
