There's hope. 12-29-04 i notified my bank. It took a second time demanding them to do something about. They called the company that took my money out & told them they are disputing the withdrall of my account. They were told the bank had to send in a dispute form, i guess they faxed it in less than 2 hours they put my 179.90 back in my account. I thank the person who wrote how to go about getting your money back. I did exactly what they said. It worked! But i believe if you put up a big enough stick the credit card people don't want a lot of publicity so they refund your money. But if you don't do anything soon they keep your money. Just stop and think all the people who do nothing because the feel it takes to long & its not worth the trouble. There cleaning up. Please fight them or they'll continue to do this to other folks.
