Orchard Bank
No refund on secure credit card

Went to www.orchardbank.com on 04-07 to apply for a secured credit card, they claimed after approved card takes 7 days, well a month went by with still no credit card, so i told them to cancel the card and send me my $200.00 dollars back which was taken out immediatly.

I called to see why i havent received the money back yet and was told it takes 4 weeks for a refund, waited 4 weeks still no refund so i called on may 28 asking why? They said they have to investigate, i asked what are you investigating as you have the $200.00, was told that they dont have this information in front of them, so after a long conversation and they were talking in circles i called them thieves, at that time they hung up on me, just filed a complaint with better business bureau, they still won't tell me what is being investigated. All i want is my $200.00 back what is so hard about that as they took the money out right away.
