Improperly installed washing machine led to floor damage and mold - Duet Front Loader Washing Machine

Oh my God! We need help so bad. Sears has displaced all our concerns, we are out of a washing machine, purchased a warranty for 500 dollars and are getting nowhere fast. My dissatisfaction is through the floor, because that is whats going to happen next. Our floor is going to fall! We were suppose to receive a call back within 24 hours and that hasn't happened. The amount of water damage and floor damage is appalling! We purchased a new front loader from Sears and had them install it and they did not do it properly. And now are avoiding our fix. Tom Martino you are my next contact. I know we are not a valued customer so I would appreciate Sears to stop saying they value their customers! Their actions show otherwise!
