Washer Repair - Washer Repai

Yesterday, a Sears repairman came to my home to repair my washing machine. He was very nice and as far as I can see, my washer is working fine. But... This morning, when I went down to my NEWLY REMODELED basement, there was water all over my laundry room floor, the water also made it's way to my storage & furnace area. The water soaked into the grout of my new floor. When the repairman was finishing up, he failed to tighten the nut around the water spigot, and it was leaking from 1:30 P.M., when he left, until the next morning, when I discovered it at 8:30 A.M. What a mess! It will take me all day to remove all the boxes in the storage area, wash the floor, and let it dry out before putting it all back. I hope I don't have any damage (mold) brewing behind the baseboard and drywall. This surely will be SEARS' problem!
