The company implied i would be receiving a credit card with a credit limit of 2500.00. I continue ask the lady was this credit card i could use anywhere. She said yes. THE COST WAS 299.00O one time annual fee. Then when i received the package it was one of the load up cards.

There is a letter in there that states if this was not what was explain to me i could return it for a refund. I tried to return it and they denied my request.
