Citibank just took away over 49,000 points from my thank you account! Thats absurd! I have called and requested a few times for them to put does points back and all they say is sorry mam once you closed your account you just have 30 days to use your points! Well i was abroad for 7 weeks working and could use or call thankyou.com so as soon as i got back i called them (2 days after the points "expired") and all i heard was"im sorry mam we cannot reinstate your points". What a joke!!!
