Business Card Canceled After 8 Years, 200,000 Reward Points Lost

After 8 years, Citibank canceled my business credit card. It had been my primary business credit card, and I charged several thousand dollars per month on it. They said they were discontinuing that type of business card, and they offered no replacement card from Citibank.

When the card was canceled, they automatically discontinued the rewards points program. I had a balance of over 200,000 points, and those points were forfeited. Although I got a notification that the card was being discontinued, I was never notified that I would forfeit the reward points I had earned.
