US Bank
US Bank is a sorry excuse of a finiancal Insitute almost as pathetic as Bank of America!

Business & Finance

I received some ghost charges on my account. I called customer service who apparently can only apologize. They can not seem to fix any issue you have. I explained I needed to cancel my card so they did. But then stated after the fact that I will have to hold for 5 business days for the funds these companies refunded. Then because they (US Bank) were given my correct address information 3 times, and have yet to correct their system with this information. They explained I would have to wait 60 days to get a new card!!! I work in finance, I deal with customers all day everyday. Never in my 12 years of this have I heard of such horrible customer service. What happened to the days where the customer is valued and the companies wrote policies to honor their clients or customers! I h ave called 5 different times about the address change; walked into the local branch three different times as well. How many times does it take to add the building# and the apartment # to someone's address. Worst bank experience ever, actually I retract my subject title, even worse then Bank of America. My girlfriend started with these guys, she had a few issues, but nothing so ridiculous. I will be closing my account and encourage anyone reading this to bank elsewhere. Perhaps where customers still feel like their appreciated.
