Scam Artist and out right crooks

Do not use this bank... I have been a client of BOA for several years now and watched them become more and more grimey and deceptive. Their customer service people are out right rude and talk to you as if they get the same calls day in and day out, which I am sure they do since this bank obviously has so many unhappy clients. As soon as you call in with any type of issue the customer service reps are extremely defensive and refuse to transfer calls to managers or anyone else, again I assume this is because their customer service center is simply a customer complaint center where people who work there are bombarded with negative calls and unhappy clients day in and day out, which must be very depressing and I don't see why anyone would want to work for this bank. If they treat their customers like this I can only imagine how the treat employee #00004564656122313.

But I have had a few conversations with bank of America reps over the last few years and each time the experience is worse than the last... This final experience made me decide to ignore how convenient the banch locations are and simply close my account.

Bottom line... Bank of America does not accurately report to you what is going on with your money. The very point of having a bank or banker handle your money is so you know where your money is and what it is doing. Bank of America does not give you this information and insist that they are not your accountants therefore it's not their their issue. Being someone's banker should be a relationship where you fell appreciated and well informed, Bank of America will not make you feel either way so simply put... Do not bank with bank of america!!!
