The same exact thing happened to me a few months ago and until coming to this site today I still believed that I would be receiving a credit card with a limit of $4000.00.
I work in the legal profession and was absolutely furious when I called the company and found out that I had been scammed and that they would not refund my money-so I had to research more and I am getting my money back.
Click on this link http://www.state. Nj.Us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
and fill out the form — don't send it but call Premium Advantage and tell them that you have every intention of filing the complaint unless you are refunded your money. Trust me — you will get your money back. I have saved the complaint form as insurance just in case they don't fulfill their promise of refunding my money within 5-6 days! I WILL PRESS SEND if I have to.
They know that they are a scam and it is proven by the fact that they DO NOT want to be reported to the Attorney General of New Jersey. From now on I will trust my instinct and I hope all of those who have been scammed will too.
