Hey guys i have the answers to getting you money back. I first starting looking for answer on the web then i found this web site and i researched it. There was something on this website i read it said to threaten them with the new jersey state attorney general once i brought up that i was filing a complaint. Their attitude changed greatly it went from mail your request in to hold on a second (as the person placed me on hold) once he returned (henry parks) he said have you filed a complaint yet.

I said i had the number and was giving them one last chance. He said if i havent file the complaint they will return my money. This was monday today is friday and when i checked my bank account my money was back in my account. Things to think about these people are crooks and other people have also won their money back thing about it is dont give up they get rude get rude back. They are really scared of the state attorney general.

So even after they say no on the first try say something like they are being recored to (as we all know recording them with out them knowing can never be used in court but recording them and having some one with some power to listen to it. Can be devestating to them. Because once that person actually hears it then he can start investigating. Understand people with bad credit tend to blame other things but their selves so for some one to actually believe they need to hear it for them selves.
