Amex annual fee

AMEX cancelled my BRITISH AIRWAYS AMEX CARD with no notice just saying they no longer felt i was creditworthy for the card at all as the exposure I was creating was not covered by their insurance. I have had no choice but to pay the minimum off per month and even though I am unable to use the card I still have been charged an outrageous £150 annual fee for the last three or four years which actuallly with the interest that has accrued on these charges also i would have finished paying off this card years ago. Do I have any recourse to reclaim this excessive charge for a card I cannot even use plus interest accordingly? Help please someone??
