Ripoff fraudulent credit reporting

Capital One puts on my credit report that I have delinquent account for $941.00 that I started in 2004. I have never in my life had an account with Capitol One, and have been fighting this almost all year. I have written them letters asking them to give me a signed copy of a contract I signed with them, and all charges I have supposedly made and with whom.

They completley ignore me and will not answer any of my letters. Capitol One has destroyed my credabilty, my credit, and my name. I am going to write one more letter, and if they do not answer I will sue them to the fullest extent that the law will allow me.

If they do this to someone that never had an account with them, I can only imagine what they could do and get away with, with one who has an account with them.
I sincerly pray that they read this post messege since they ignore all my letters!
