Ripoffed $300 for unsecured credit cards, also guaranteed money back if not satisfied all lies

I was first called by this company guaranteeing me 2 credit cards. They were promised to me at one being a $1500 limit, the other a $2500 limit. They even told me an expecting date to get them through UPS. They told me they couldn't send credit cards through the regular mail because of identity theft these days. When I received the package, instead of cards, there were papers and a CD for the computer telling me how to get credit. Also, I was suppose to apply before any money back guarantee was suppose to happen! I was turned down by both card companies. So I called this credit place.

Every time I asked for the persons (John Fulley or Naomi Jackson) I was told they were not available. And to top it off, I was told 2 different mail out dates for my refund, in which I have never received.

That address was from New York. Now the address for the refund was very much different than the company itself that I sent the $350 to, they said I wouldn't get $50 back because of processing. So I assume it's probably a lost cause to try to get the full amount back.
The address for the refund was Third Party Shipping, po box 2898, Champlain, NY 12919, not to mention it has the same phone number as well!
