Ripoff

After 10 weeks and 5 email inquiries, I finally wrote Oregon BBB to report merchandise I ordered but did not receive from Discerning Reader. After I filed, Rob Schlafpter, owner and operator of DR, phoned me at home to verbally abuse me. He told me that I was a horrible person, terrible Christian, etc. When I politely tried to reply, he bullingly shouted over me so that I could not be heard. Then he said, "Go f* yourself. Go f* yourself." I hung up.

I would advise you not to do business with this company. I am one of many who have been verbally abused by this man. It is ironic that a person who would judge others as being bad Christians would, himself, behave in such a vile manner.
