Harrassing and threatening telephone calls to us insisting we pay off our son's debt. He is 52. Get REAL! Collector insisted if we did not use our own credit card availabiltiy to pay his debt that he would sue us to recoup the debt. After talking to the credit card company and them telling us THEY know the debt is our son's and did NOT direct UCB to sue US... I tried to explain this and was shouted at and verbally abused by this Murphy person and then he hung up on me. I did advise him that he had violated the law by accessing OUR credit and he unleashed more threats and curses. These people need to be stopped. Someone wanting to get their attention contact me at and let's get a class action suit going. They need to be shut down.
