Quicken Loans gets caught up in lies Ripoff

My boyfriend filled out an application online with Quicken Loans. Somebody contacted him very quickly and told him they could help him. My boyfriend was told Quicken Loans could get him just what he was looking for. We wanted to refinance his house with some cash out to pay bills and get married.

He was very happy when he was told what he wanted was possible. The operator from Quicken loans was telling him everything he wanted to hear. The operator then told him they only needed a $500.00 "good faith deposit". My boyfriend is a single dad and fortunately did not have access to that amount of money that day.

When my boyfriend told the operator that he needed a day or two to think things over, the operator got almost verbally abusive and would not let him off the phone.

When we called them back they had changed the story about what they were offering. We tried to put them off again, and again were just shy of verbally abused. We finally got off the phone and I came right to this site to file a report. I found a lot of other people had already filed reports and have told my boyfriend not to even talk to those people any more.
