Checks would not work with my bank—Versacheck refused to take them back

Ordered 'Versacheck Gold' checks and software. Received. Cost $95.00. After many attempts to set up the software and use the service (this is a computer check product) I discovered from my bank ING/Capital ONE (a major financial institution) that they do not authorize the use of any third party checks—only their own. When I went back to Versacheck for a refund, they denied that this, refused my refund, and would not disclose their mailing address. I was subsequently hung up on by customer service.

Definitely a scam company — do not use them!
