Rebate Fraud ripoff

This company advertises a $40 rebate for purchase of the Versacheck Gold 2005 software. They don't honor the rebates.

I researched the company online (fatwallet.com and betterbusinessbureau.com) and found many people who have the same complaint.

If anyone initiates a class-action lawsuit against this company, count me in.
