Drafted Checking account without Authorization

On October 20th My mother was contacted by this company. She told themn She was not interested in any magazines and hung the phone up.
On October 24th her checking account was drafted for 149.76. This company had her checking account number, routing number and address. And created a draft probably using versacheck a software program used to print checks and drafts. They said thay had tapes of the conversation but refused to provide them in a timely manner.
I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals in Arizona and South Carolina and will be consulting an attorney on this matter.
