Versa Check Versa Check, good company until gValidate.com involved, now ripping off customers and no customer service Internet

Shops, Products, Services

VersaCheck 'was' an amazing company. Great check printers, flawless and great customer service...

Then due to laws that changed that required various validations of bank accounts - VersaCheck tied to 'gValidate.com'. Bad move. Obviously not everything 'always' works online or even in a normal business. But - great (or even slightly good) companies - talk to their customers and make it right. Bad companies take an attitude that they are more important than their customer.

GValidate.com - is one of those Bad Companies. Piss poor customer service. There website gives you no manner to contact them - 'except' through a form online to fill out. They will respond 'their way' eventually. But will not allow you to talk to them direct. Their website provides no email, no phone number, no chat ability - no communication at all except by their 'form'.

In order to use VersaCheck now, you must 'register' your bank account with a 3rd party verification company - they screwed up by using gValidate.com.

If you are a company with many accounts (and we have 100's) and you ever enter even one digit wrong - forget trying to ever get it corrected. And they will try to 'validate' it even though you try to stop it - (of course only by filling in their form). When the validation of a few cents fails - they hit you for $25 - AND freeze ALL YOUR OTHER ACCOUNTS. And when it is brought to their attention that you filled out their 'form' immediately - their email response is: (word for word from an email from them:

Once an account is submitted the process has begun and cannot be stopped. This is why the system asks you to check that all information is correct before you click on Submit. There are no refunds on returned check fees.

The issue is - we tried to TELL you that we entered the wrong account number and not to run those accounts. You did it anyway.

After we told you not to. So the 'few cents' you ran to validate - were on accounts we don't use anymore and you charged us $25 EACH. We don't need VALIDATION on those accounts. Never did and we told you that. When we tried to do the 'right' accounts - your system immediately charged our credit card $100 for the 4 wrong accounts. We would like a refund and will continue to use you on the correct accounts as well as on the other 27 accounts. We intend to use 'someone' to begin handling our autochecks with, instead of the old style manner we have in the past. I look for your appropriate reply.

This is just one of a number of contacts we have had with gValidate.in all, only trying out gValidate for a period of 1 year, and only with about 6 accounts - we have eaten several hundred dollars - for 'validation' of accounts. And with little ability to 'directly' talk to this company.

Done with them. There are too many other companies that actually want business and know what 'customer service' is.

Accounting employee of company that is fed up with their processes...
