Ripoff

Received a phone call from this company offering a visa or master card. They said that I would receive some paper work in the mail in the next couple of business days which I didn't. The money was then taken out of my account. I still haven't received any paper work. When I called them they tried to say that the recording they let me here simply stated that I would receive a package within 21 business days. The recording they let me heard when they called didn't say anything about 21 days which leads me to believe that this is indeed a rip off.
