DYNAMIC CREDIT SERVICES ripoff, told us we were getting credit card in mail but got credit service papers

They told my husband we were going to get a master card 2-5 days after they take our money from our banking account. We called them when we didn't receive it. They told us it will be there. Few days later still no card.

We called them back they said you will be getting paper work to make sure we were who we said we were. Will be getting them in 2-3 days, well more like 7 days priority mail. Then I received them today 7-31-03. But it is not forms to make sure who we are. It is a credit counseling booklet and forms for credit counseling for credit consolidation.

So if we fill out the forms we still will not be receiving a credit card, for our money we spent. This is just a credit counseling service. They lied to us. They said we were guarenteed a master card. So when I tried to call the # 1-800-513-8180 there was no answer. The number they have for if you filled out the papers to call if you have problems 800-527-1307 is on a recording saying only open from 9am to 5pm.

Does this sound like a good business to you? Not me. My husband is going to be p*ed off when he comes home from work to see this package. It say on the top of the letter Thank you for purchasing our package. So that money they took out of our account was just for a booklet and two copied forms that anyone could have made up; and it's not even an application for a credit card, but for credit counseling. BIG RIP OFF Thank you
