Ad customer service and Ridiculous fees

I am dune with BoA they have charged me with a Ridiculous fee for the very last time and I am dune with their very terrible customer service I called them twice today the first time I was hung up on by the rep and the second time I argued with the rep and there supervisor they begged me to not close my accounts with them but I just did I am switching to a local credit union
