Hung Up On and Argued With Rep, Closed Accounts Over Fee

I am done with BoA they have charged me with a Ridiculous fee for the very last time and I am done with their very terrible customer service. I called them twice today the first time I was hung up on by the rep and the second time I argued with the rep and there supervisor they begged me to not close my accounts with them but I just did. I am switching to a local credit union
